Two consortiums shortlisted for the Waterloo Metro Quarter Project
The NSW Government has announced the shortlist to deliver the new Waterloo Metro Quarter, which includes a new metro station.
The shortlist is:
- Waterloo MQ Pty LTD (Aqualand)
- John Holland Property Developments and John Holland Pty Ltd
UrbanGrowth NSW Development Corporation is working with Sydney Metro to create the Waterloo Metro Quarter. This includes a vibrant mixed-use precinct featuring new homes, shops, community services, public plazas and the new metro station.
