Five key steps

Step 1 | 2013

  • Our existing strategy is due for a renewal

Step 2 | 2014-15

  • We undertake a rigorous process of research, benchmarking and testing new targets and indicators to best align with our evolving portfolio of projects

Step 3 | 2016

  • We start to test our thinking with industry experts, seeking feedback along the way .  As our new portfolio emerges, we evaluate the varied opportunities, constraints, strengths and weaknesses each project will need to address with regard to sustainability

Step 5 | 2017

  • We commence finalising the strategy based on feedback from the public exhibition

Step 4 | 2017

March - May 2017, we share the draft Sustainability Strategy that includes five leadership goals and 37 targets – and collect feedback from industry and the public
